    I should have mentioned I have the site as trusted. Plus - this is ONLY when opening any MS document for EDIT - ie - downloading an Infopath form. One other thing I am looking into is WebDAV - does that have anything to do with it? What was the best thing BEFORE sliced bread?

    In the prep to fix the DST debacle - we noticed that our document library posts, list edits, etc. were being timestamped 1 hour earlier than posted.     I can not imagine Sharepoint and Office 2003 products would be configured so that they would need third party authentication. I am in the process of duplicating production in a test environment - I guess I will figure it out there.
