Good News Guys!
I managed to overcome the Problem by Defining a Bridge Connection called Network Bridge.
This Works well with the CISCO Aironet Card.
My D-Link 650+ Card has been replaced but still does not work. Worse than that it crashes the Computer.
My Guess is that the Texas Instruments...
I have not been able to Communicate Wireless
for last week with Thinkpad R40 and Cisco or D-link 650+ card Win XP Pro.
OR: Not able withe Ethernet Cable too!
This is with LINUX and it Works!!!

This is a very common Problem, I have a Brand New Thinkpad with Windows XP Pro and I am still having problems with IEX 6.
It crashes often with Mshtml.dll and sometimes other dll's.
WHAT can be Done????
I agree with Jui, But want to add that also Social Gap's Have Grown Between those in Demand and Others who are less in demand.
The Hi-Tech Boom in Israel Up too 1999 created Extreme Social Gaps, Now it is collapsing in an "Un-Just" Way.
Similar to what is happening in USA too.
