Where did you get the patch. I've been looking for one for at least 5 months for BCM 400 with Unified Messaging and Outlook 2010. Please let me know where you got it from, my customer is fit to be tied..............Thanks
Have a BCM 400 with 4.0 software, have Unified Messaging, it worked great with Outlook 2003, however, customer upgraded to Outlook 2010, now Unified Messaging will not work. Is there a current patch for the BCM to work with Outlook 2010? Thanks in advance.

Hawks,
We're going to try one more change tonight on the protocol, and that is to change it to DMS100. We did it last night and all the channels came up and looked fine. However, if the CO disabled a b channel we didn't see far on that channel in the norstar. I really don't wont to leave it...

CSU Line Build:0
Line Coding:B8ZS

I'm having the same problem with an 0x32 also. It's happening on lines 1 and 3 just as yours. Yesterday I looked at the port in Maintenance and it said Not Available. I'm going out to the site again today to do more testing, and to get a current backup of the site programming...
We have tried the busytone option with no luck. It's as though the Norstar is not communicating over the D channel to the CO that the hunt group is busy. Am I missing something in the programming in the Norstar. Right now I'm at a lost.
I have a PRI with 100 DID numbers. My customer is wanting to use analog stations off of an ASM to go into an Audio Response System (this is an IVR type system which allows customers to call into it and retrieve checking, savings balances.) Can a hunt group be set up with 3 analog DID stations...
