Your max registry size should be set to 25% of your max paged pool size. So, if your max paged pool size is 192mb, then set your max registry size to 48mb.
Unless you are a very large domain controller, you should not need to change that setting.

You need to set the compatibility on the actual executable for Infernal Machine, not the shortcut. Set it to Windows 98 mode and give it a go.
