Yes they are 4 different fields, put with same data information but the need to be group as one on the report I'm building.

I have a Notes form with a lot of text fields. I have default numbers in those fields...Upon entry, I need those default numbers to be highlighted to be overwritten. Is this possible, if so How???

We would like it to way to check email anywhere without any additional Connections I know it's possible, but what keeping us from accessing the databases thru internet.

We are trying to setup iNotes for about 50 users so they can check mail away from the office. In the network and connected to VPN iNotes email can be accessed fine. Outside the network it doesn't display the page (not even the Login box comes up) and shows "IE cannot display the webpage"...

I know, it's weird...the orginal format has 16 digits that is combined with date & time...I just need suggestions to only get the first 8 digits seperated.

I have this field that I converted to a number, (ie. 20070508012385) I would like only the first 8 numbers (20070508) to appear...I try Left, Right in my formula which I was unsuccessful due to it being a number. When I try as a String, it put commas with is no good. Thanks for any ideas!!!

I have a group of amounts (negatives and positives). I suppressed the negative amounts, but when I Sum them, it still sum the negative numbers. I only want sum of positive numbers. Thanks for any suggestions.
