    changing ring tones per user?

    I have tried to change ring patterns( internal) for a user and it sounds the same as if I didn't change it at all. It shows that it merged but sounds the same.

    Thanks for the reply . I called tech support and they said a release 7 would not work with a partner mail. I needs to be partner messaging card instead. does that sound right?

    ACS 509 with external Voicemail

    We had to put in a r. 7 509 in a system with partner mail ( 2 ports) ever since there is echo when any extension on the 509 dials dials voicemail. This doesn't happen to any extensions on the 308 where the voicemail ports are plugged into. Any suggestions, thank you
