I know they have a q article on using the dns command in regards to dealing with teh UDp packet size. I too have had a terrible time with DNS on 2003 and have my mail server and clients using the 2000 server instead of the 2003 for name resolution. They also have a patch for the dns portion...

change your smtp settings to relay for addresses. Enter in the IP subnet of your office. This will stop anyone from the outside using your smtp server to send out mail. Do you host for anyone outside of your network?? If so you can either add their IP address in or have them make a secure...

also failed to mention I am not using NAT so this is a routable IP. Nothing in the previous AC list deny's any kind of traffic..only difference is this server is on my "inside" interface
