Please help with samba printing issue!
kdotter in the [printers] section add the following line use client driver = yes it sounds odd nothing to do with access denied but it worked. I hope this helps. regrads.....clk777- clk777

Loading printer drivers from samba server to win2K/XP client.
Hi all I can add printers setup on the linux samba server from win2000/xp clients by the using \\server\printshare, Then i select the make and driver and printing works. Hi Jabra; I had the same problem. But in my case i could print even though the networked printer share status shows "Access Denied, Unable to connect" This should solve your problem, add the following line to the [printers] section: use client driver = yes it worked a treat I...- clk777
