    Extreme 350 head cleaning measures..

I have a junk 350 that I'm spending way too much time fooling with, that I finally managed to get through all it's warm up paces, only to find I'm unable to clear the head. This one has many blank stripes on the clean test page. I've used a heart breaking amount of ink in self-cleaning modes...

    Phaser 350 printing problem

I am guessing, but perhaps the cap/wipe/purge rubber gasket has come off from the steel part of the assembly. Take out the maintenance tray and look inside the printer where it was. A flashlight of similiar light may help- See the pinkish rubber strip with the drip points on it so the purged...

Will 360 motherboard work in 350?

I was wary of trying the wrong board in the printer, so I emailed the seller and he also had a 350 pulled board. He said that he also encountered the same error code in the past, and swapping the board was the only way he managed to fix the problem. Sad, as I feel all that is wrong with the...

    Tektronix Phaser 350 Error 04,006.45:715

No luck with swapping dallas nvrams- the error follows the mother board. Swapped the simms too. Same deal, fault 4006 during warm up when it gets to around 15 percent. grrr

    Tektronix Phaser 350 Error 04,006.45:715

Troubleshooting using two 350- I discovered the error follows the board not the printer. Motherboard that is.. Now to switch nvram and see what happens..

    Tektronix Phaser 350 Error 04,006.45:715

Hi, I have the same problem with one of my 350- and looked up the code, found the same blurb as above. Fat lot of good that is! Ok- Which hardware? How do I re-normalize? I dug around for how to normalize in the 360 troubleshooting guide that I found online, and all it says is head normalization...
