I think there is an MB user forum on Yahoo Groups, but not much activity. Since your contracts don't expire, I think I would use that date field to track my next schedule date, but it would have to be updated manually each time an appoint is scheduled.- clifflee

This can probably be done internally with a Report, or better, a Query which would permit direct access to the client record for updating.- clifflee
