Sorry I ruffled feathers here. I understand my responsibilities to get the system right. What I didn't know was the best way to use the SysAdmin MB as the private mailbox when a person called the Admin's extension, and the General for the 'Dial 0' calls.

I'll spend some more time with the install PDF's and work to figure it out.

We haven't used all of the Mail Boxes. Other then the General, and SysAdmin, we've set up 5 (out of 10).

I did this install as a favor to a Church, I'm a software programmer, not a professional phone system installer. I read all I could about the systems, worked to get the CICS, and the CP going, and while it likely took 10 times as long to get everything smooth as the Pros here, It's working well...
