As the problem occurs when logging ON, it would appear to be a local (client) problem. How much hard drive space does the client have free? Has it been recently degragged? Could be wrong, but it seams intuitive to me. As for access rights - you want FULL, not just read-write from what I remember.

I have not done it yet, but apparently by mapping a network share to %username% and putting the file repository there, full outlook can do it. Outlook express cannot use network or shared drives, so cannot. I don't have an Outlook user roamed yet.
