I have an Option X11 (r24). I have the phone number to the modem connected to the voicmail system. There is an switch to go from the terminal to the modem. It is now swithed to the modem. I open Procomm- dial in and get "Procomm plus is ready" with a blinking cursor. Here is where I need help...

Using procomm what are the step to login to the Voicemail system. I have sucessfully logged into our two PBX's but not the voicmail. Do i put in the password first? Should I see a "transparent" message before putting in my voicemail password? Thanks for any sugesstons and help

We have a remote site with not that much documentation for the phone system and I need to setup a phone with a direct inward dial number. Is there a way to look in the PBX and determine which DN's are internal extension and which ones can be dialed directly from the outside?

We had at one time the music on hold feature working (its audio from a radio station) but now it is not. Can someone point me to where I should look first?

Thanks to all- a call to the phone company and a look at a phone bill gave me the necessary info.

We have a mixed envoirment here- some people have DID numbers to give to the outside world, while others go thru a switch operator who forwards the calls to the proper extension. Is there a command to see how many DID numbers I have available?
