    I have check licensing, the problem starts on all mailboxes. It is unusual because if the admin account and password is outlook will logon to the mailbox. The exchange 5.5 machine is a new server in the domain due to failure on the part of the old server. I will try recreating the mail boxes...

    Does anyone know if this could be a mailbox/exchange permission issue. The admin information will allow users access to their mailboxes but outlook will not accept any user account information or passwords. I have been trying everything and I just can't seem to find the answer. Thanks, Chris

    I have set this to NT Authentication but it still brings up the login box. I am still looking for reg settings. I just don't understand because if I reboot the server the box fails to open upon login. However, a few hours down the road it start popping up. Thanks So Much For All The Help, Chris
