Alarms for contact who have been left alone for a certain duration.
Good Post...Under "Schedule Activity" you can go to the recurrence tab and check off "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly","Yearly" ...to be alerted that a contact needs to be made. But it would be nice to be able to do a lookup by time, that is, lookup all contacts that haven't be called in "X" hrs...- cjake

Addending Multiple Contacts
Is there a way to update Multiple ACT contacts without duplicating and merging? I have a 1000 email addresses I wish to add to existing Contacts that didn't have them before. I do not want to do this one by one! The only way I've found is to import them as a duplicate contact and then merge...- cjake
