It's per user. I believe it is only 1 copy of VFP per MSDN subscription. So if you have 4 PCs (which need VFP) then it's 4 MSDN subscriptions.
If anyone is interested I think I found that server allows for 4 concurrent users.

The reason I asked about the number of user is because for testing purposes I will have to have at least 2 users to be able to access the created application at the sametime.

How do I do this?
I now understand how to create a UNIQUEID.
I have a table that has the PLATFORM, UNIQUEID, etc....
I looks the same as one created with the form designer.
I rename it to scx and the sct extensions.
But when I DO FORM it receive the following error:
"Error loading file...
If I do as suggested I only receive 1 value and I'm not sure what that value belongs to.
If I do a browse this value doesn't refer to any of the objects listed.
Which is why I believe that we all are talking about two different things.

I'm referring to the UNIQUEID that you see if you were to browse an SCX.
