Hi, I need to forward an analog DN to another analog DN. Both DNs are used for faxing. I tried using the FTR xxx command, but it doesn't forward it to the DN. Doug

I printed the IDC table and the DID is listed in table 0. DID is 941-575-3346

I'm getting stuck on what to enter for IDGT. REQ chg TYPE idc CUST 0 DCNO 0 IDGT

There is an entry is one of the IDC tables. How do I remove it? Do I just use the Nul command?

Hi, We have a DID number that doesn't get routed to a TN which has the DN assigned to it. Is there a way to view incoming call routing policies on an Option 11 to determine how a particular DID is getting routed? Thanks, Doug

My next question is, does anyone know if VERSION 2121, RELEASE 3 (non-DSN) on an Option 11C EOL?

It stands for Defense Switched Network. I've never heard of it either. The only reason I'm concerned about it is that support for 'Release 3 DSN' ended in 2012. But support for 'Release 3' ends in 2015.

Can you setup each DN with a different ring type from there? It looks like it will set it for all DNs.

I'm a little confused with the IDC tables. I have an extension (3324) in the IDC table that gets pointed to 3373, but external calls don't get re-directed to this extension.

How would I be able to remove one of the entries?
