Speshalyst, I've removed ARCserve and followed running a remote instalation like you said, and managed remotely, but doesn't work.
The result is the same as I said before.

I've already changed the subnetmask of my servers, and relasing and renewing some clients IP address.
For SQL Server, I know it works using wins name resolution;
Exchange server, I'm not sure... The others servers, I'm not sure too.... :-)

I'm not sure for you version, but in my Arcserve 2000 readme.txt file, Outlook must be installed to provide mapi connections between client and server. See your Arcserve documents to check this information.
