nope that doesnt help. i also have a private line that is set on ext 222 but after a couple of rings it also rings at ext 221. I have the rings set at the phone for 6 before they transfer to the vm ext. and vm set to answer at 4

Ok, I know I am overlooking something but here is what i have. I have 3 phone lines. Line 1 and line 2 ring at ext 221 and 222. And are answered by NAM. Line 3 is the fax line which i have set up with a ata, and the lines are set not to ring at 221 and 222 just at the fax extention. However...

Thanks brian, NO it has no video port, just 2 serial, a parallel port a keyboard and mouse port.

yeah i used the same ports on the phone system. and no i was not using the modem ports on the nam

I have a 8x25 dr5 and i hooked up a NAM ver 3.0 and it works and recongizes it. But when i disconnect teh NAM Ver 3.0 and got a Nam VER 4.1 IT doenst recongize it. I cant get into it like i can on the previous version? any ideas?
