Both CDRW & DVDRW suddenly stopped working
Nope... I had a message to download SP2, but this error occurred right before that. I downloaded SP2 in hopes it might contain something that would correct the issue. Unfortunately your solution did not work. I got an error saying that it could not correct the autoplay problem. Anyone else...- chuckygruden

Both CDRW & DVDRW suddenly stopped working
I'm a newbie with a large problem. My CDRW and DVDRW both stopped functioning. The XP hardware manager indicates that both are working fine. I can physically open both drives, but when I attempt to use the drives, nothing can be read. I get a message such as "E:/ is not accessible...- chuckygruden
