    CS5 indesign lucida sans styles

    Created a newsletter a month ago and some of the headings are in Lucida Sans Demibold regular or Demibold Roman or Demibold italic. Today I can find only Lucida Sans Regular or Demibold ... that's it? What happened to the other styles?? I am using Win7 x64, Indesign CS5, v7.04. Chuck

    What is the best way of creating a template sans undesirable links, etc. Must each page be manually copied to a new document? ... with each non-template image being replaced by an empty image frame? Is there any quicker way? Chuck
