    Yes we have IP and Digital phones. What does the VCM card do? This module was a 700431778 IPO IP500 EXTN CARD PHONE 2 PCS04 M107-2... So it actually had 2 PHONE ports on it also. I removed the PRI "daughter board"(?) from this module and put it on the new module 700417330 DIG 8.

    I'm replacing it because I need more digital ports. This module has nothing but the PRI board in it, so now I'll have 8 more digital ports.

    I'm new to working on IP Office. I need to replace a module. We're using IP Office 500 V2 version 8.0 (44). All I need to do is power down, pull the old one and plug in the new one, then power it back up, but. . . how do I power it down and then power it back up? Just pull the plug? Thanks.
