Thanks for the info. I have tried it by de acquiring and adding IRA to cls and LPK of 2 then required but with no luck. I'm using LG-Nortel 8502 Wireless Headsets. When you use the headset it only response the ACD queue so that you can log on but that's it, no dial tone or anything.
I got the Bluetooth headset to work on only the ACD key but can’t get the headset to operate on the Dn. Is there any special configuration to change so that the wireless headset can work on the DN as well? Please find attached phone config.

The problem seems to be only on the console stat and indivdual console stats. What about the USB dongle can the sleepm mode causes this problem.

I have dis msdl in ld 96. It works fine but problem comes back after a while. I also replace the PRI card. But not the MSDL.
