    I am trying to get a toshiba 200cdt laptop back to a state where I can install windows 95 again. I am currently getting the "missing operating system" on boot. I have tried making a boot cd from nero with fdisk and windows 95 boot but neither seem to run. I was wondering if anyone could help...
