    Comp gets IP from ISP, but no Internet?

    Is it getting a valid IP, or is it Windows's own Private IP (169, etc) Is it connected directly, or via a router?

    Dual boot

    If the boot loader is in the Master Boot Record, you can remove it by typing: fdisk /mbr from a Windows Command Promopt. I hope this helps!
