I have a report that shows names and addresses and consignment numbers. The names and addresses come out of a PAF program so are the same for each individual. Is there any way I can get a report to show all of the consignment numbers for one address - instead of printing them all out seperatly???

It just says - Postcode and premise found ....but if EXECTLY the same data is entered in quotes as opposed to a string, it finds it...and the string has retained its value at the function!????

Pikkunero I seriously hope not - its not the moveing the data that worries me - more the clever functions that Access uses to qualify the data etc. I am sure (from the little I understand)- that SQL Server should solve the problem as it can deal with huge databases...I just need some pointers...
