100% CPU Usage
Not sure if it will help, but try updating (or re-installing) the video driver for your video card. Have your virus software shut off during install. 'rasctrs' could be Raster Controls -- a video term. Update DirectX also. Also, I saw that Microsoft has some fixes related to 100 % CPU usage --...- Chris006
