    Thanks, I will take a look at the BIOS and failing that the acutal memory itself. It's a fairly old machine, it's not a mainstream brand. Thanks.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but arn't they totally different? I always thought they were! :S If you replace your routers with switches....what's going to route the packets in and out? I have probably got the wrong end of the stick mind you, but it's good to learn new things :)

    The problem was that the Bridge was not set to the trusted Zone, and both Zones (Intenet & Trusted) were set to High security.
