    I found that setting up the disclaimers according to Microsoft documentation hosed the SMTP traffic; buy a 3rd party product like we did. We bought Policy Patrol but there is at least one more product out there.

    One of our users pointed out that meetings were displayed 3 hours before they were supposed to be; then the problem went away. Has anyone seen anything similar and if so; what did you do about it? I could not check with Outlook as I was informed after the fact.
