Access will not launch
I'm not sure what causes this issue, but I also just recently had to figure out why my MS Access was not working. The congfiguration would run but no Access launched. install 8i on w2000
There is a posting for "Work around for Problem with 8.1.7 Client Installation on Pentium 4 Machines" that will supplement the 131299.1 ALERT. Must have this for proper installing. Renaming the symcjit.dll is only part of the process. Good Luck! Alicia.Miller@edwards.af.mil- Chiponium
