    Norstar is using a PRI and I do mean Forward not Transfer.

    Norstar can be forwarded to AT&T, Sprint or Verizon. When forwarding to T-Mobile, the call rings once and goes to reorder tone. Think it is with T-Mobile. HELP!!

    All lines are programmed to tone.

    Had power outage. Dropped 1 line on all phones but line has been reprogrammed. However, problem is the outside auto attendant is not seeing DTMF from the Norstar phones.
