What is needed to service observe 911 calls? I have multiple sites the all use crissis alert and not all can service observe a 911 call most just get a notification that a call was placed and by what extension placed it. I cant seem to nail down what is differnt at these sites.

Instead of seperate Auto Attendants you should build a vector and keep the annpuncements local to the LSP so in the event you lose connectivity to the main site you stil have at least your AA working as a vector
Trying to setup outlook client when I try to change settings I get the following message "Unable to connect with a Message Application Server" I input the IP address on MAS1 and it updates to the name but I cannot make any changes. Am I missing something or is it my server?

Its putting in just the udp entry and sending it over the Ip trunks. I never see the full number. This is at a differnt site than I am at but I can hear more than our 5 digit dial plan being dialed but only see the 5 digits in the trace
Im scratching my head. I have a fax machine that when the user dials out the full number the system sends it aar over IP trunks but if the same user dial the full number from there digital phone it goes out the PRI. Is there something I am missing?
