    That is good info Kris, thanks. Can you also use a wildcard for the Line Group ID field in the ICR? For example, I have two PRIs (local telco and long distance/toll free) and each one sends the same four digits to get to the same caller.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I had restarted the Delta server previously and it still didn't work, but now it appears to be working. I guess I just needed to ask the experts for it to start working automagically. If you've worked a help desk, you know how that goes. :-)
