Requirements for Setting Up An IIS Server
You will need the XP disc, in order to install IIS. You will also need to know which programming language you will be developing in. If it's asp, then you are fine since IIS comes with asp support. If you want to use php, you need to download and install it.- chevylevy

Php 4.3.x not working in IIS 5.1 w/XP pro
