    oops forgot to mention the OS...Windows 2000. Yes, VBScript, Perl and the Windows Admin kit (shutdown.exe) will all shutdown/reboot a PC, but it is remote booting that I want to do. The hardware is not an issue its all enabled for WOL and other software packages have remote booting features...
