We're running ArcserveIT 6.61.
I'm getting Error Code 3511 which says unable to begin database backup.
I went to CAI web site and the solution they provided was
"Make sure the Database Engine is Running. This message may have been preceded by an error message from the Database...

When running full backups on all the servers in our Domain, the only registry that is getting backed up is the computer that runs Arcserve. The option 'backup registry key details when entire machine is selected' has been enabled with the server admin program.
