    I think the IT guys have an issue with MFA on the Office 365. They said they turned it off but sill not authenticating. The TVA is sending based on the trace. Thanks, Chaz

    Morning, Is there a way to disable the private message option? Customers is saying that when the VMs are sent to a shared email box for the Nurses, it is not there once it is marked as private. It is only at the phone. I believe that private VMs are not forwarded. Thanks, Chaz

    Perfect. i will test it out. We were adding a mailbox for the group, and that may have been causing us more headache. Looks like we can fwd to a mailbox, and fwd off premise all on the PBX side vs programmign in the UM. Chaz

    Thanks. I got the group fwd out working for the night time. That works great. Just need to have the group containing multiple members terminate to a single mailbox after the ring cycle.

    Remote 9611G cant dial out

    They are getting second dial tone when dialing 1 plus 800 numbers, or just 800. Internal at the HQ is fine, just the new remotes 9611Gs are having an issue. Making local calls is working good. Thanks Chaz
