We just performed weekly restart of Nice Interaction server. All services did not start as should, so they were started manually.

It is the Nice Perform Rel. 3.2 Suite:Enterprise Version:9.10.6.35
only on three users, there are about 14 users that do not get the error when opening the Nice Perform page.

My screen and voice are not in sync on playback of calls on laptops (dell 6400) They are more in sync played back on desktop computers. Is there some parameter to set for playback sync with voice and screens?
