I have to develop a simple program for Windows which has to communicate by SNMP with some devices.
Could you tell me where I can get info about programming SNMP for Windows? Which language would you recommend me? Which books describe the SNMP MIBs accuratelly?

Some of my network devices generates packets with the destination 235.0.0.0 : 5001, this uses a lot of bandwith and I don't have any idea with this performance.
