    When i look at the list of gateways in the CM, every gateway i have shows up unknown. The ip is listed and we have not noticed any issues with the gateways. Is there any reason why they are showing up unknown, and if so is there a way to fix this. Thanks.

    We have are own telephone service. I can't really go into details, but the idea is to eventually tie into the telephone network. We also support voip phones all over the place, and we will use the prefix as a locator. PS. I'm not IS/IT Management, i selected the wrong one.
