Thanks for the explanation of huntgroups. If I program extension 10,11,12,13 to huntgroup 1. The call will start with ext.10 then hunt until 13, then back to 10 to leave a voicemail?

Am I pretty much stuck with extension 10 as default transfer extension when a caller presses "0"?
Is there an upgrade to the VM pc card(large) where i can assign any extension as "receptionist or 0" or have much more feature including submenus, after hour anouncements, etc.

The only reason for 3 digit vs 2 digit is to group extensions into departments. i.e. 100s will be sales, 200s, engineering..300..etc...
Any recommendation? I'm not planning to spend over $1000 on top of my existing ACS R6.0 + VM + Handsets.
