zeroing out of an App. and transfering back into VM
I have an ACD [x235100] that is built as and SDN in CP which gives three options. Dial by name, dial by extention and zero out to operator. If an external caller dials by DN [x235895] and the internal user does not answer the call it should go to the VM account for extention x235895 but...- cf2
