Paul,
I am considering a lawsuit... but look at where these web-thiefs are based... they do not care at all about laws.
The best we can do for now is ruining their reputation and making the program useless.
But if you know of any lawyer that would be happy to take this on with no-win/no-fee...
Just last note I forgot:
If anyone wishes to help me, one thing I would like to do is to make sure that my free decoder page comes high up in the search engines (for example for searches for 'perl encryption' or similar).
This way any potential customer of these web-thiefs coming from Google...
Paul,
thanks for the suggestion. But the situation is even worst than you imagine. My code was NEVER released open source.
It is entirely proprietary code I have been using for another project.
WCWS tried to buy a (usage) license of my software for encoding some of their program and not...
I forgot to mention: I posted here as WS Encrypter is targeted to perl programmers (as it 'encrypts' perl code)...
BTW: if anyone is interested I can also explains exactly how it works, but be careful not to buy it!

I need to parse some RSS files via a firewalled LAN. I have written the RSS parsing routine, and works fine via an open connection. But I cannot find any example of how to go over the authentication?
Anyone an...
That's a pity! It really limits a lot what you can do....
I might rethink to the way I implemented the program... and use multiple (hidden) layers and try to communicate from one layer to another then...
But if anyone has a solution (for example interfacing with some simple Java code which I...
Hello fellow programmers.
I am trying to write a small .js script as part of a complicated perl script.
[I am a perl programmer, so sorry if the question sounds easy, but I looked up for hours to different examples without any help!]
