UPDATE: The fix for this or really workaround was to remove the Exchange account from the iPhone, restart the iPhone and then re-add the Echange account back.

Has anyone found a solution to this? I created a workaround by forwarding all messages from IMS to a dummy user account, AS AN ATTACHMENT and then the dummy account forwards it right back to the user. The user now gets the voicemail as an attachment.

sorry everyone but this turned out to be a dud of an issue. the user never explained the issue thoroughly. i think he may have been incapable. it turns out there is nothing wrong and he just needs to dial a code to get LD. how this got this far i don't know. thanks all for your help and...

Did you mean Line group code? If so the are all Line group ID = 0. And I have a total of 80 short codes 5 of which refer to '9'.

How do I know if everything is on Line 0? I am guessing that it is based on what our provider gave us. Also does that mean that I can or should remove the other '9' entries?
