Error 8004e00f means that COM library cannot talk to MSDTC. That could happen when MSDTC is not running. Hope this help, Mitko Andonov- celticius

how to use install MTS in win2000
Since Component Services are part of W2K/XP they are not designed to be installed/uninstalled by the user. Installing IIS just add additional COM+ components. Regards, Mitko Andonov- celticius
