    ArcServe 11.5 (build 4490) Library problem

    My IBM TS3310 library had a hardware error and is now fixed, but now ArcServe can't see it in the device configuration. First I reinstalled the Tape Library Option and afterwards ArcServe, but it still doesn't work. I installed a trial of Backupexec, where the library works fine! Please help me...
