Reboot resets my volume settings in Windows 98 SE!!!
I recently installed a new soundcard (Soundblaster Audigy Gamer). When I boot up my PC, I notice that the volume control setting for Wave/MP3 is at its max. This causes my speakers to distort. What I need to know is how to avoid having to manually change this volume setting every time I turn...- cdpike
