Incoming CLID
I am not sure where you are located, but 0410 xxx xxxx is not part of North American Numbering Plan. "0" is for operator assisted and international (011 and 01)... If 0410xxxxxxx is dialed it would be an operator assisted call in No Amer...- cdjoek

Does Call Manager go through M-1 or vice versa? Could be lack of answer supv on Octel, EOD timer, etc. What does TRAC...DEV say?- cdjoek

CLID Issues
Although the original issue was because the OGT were non-ISDN (PRI), the example has a very critical flaw. You must send a valid (locator database) number for ESA (E911). The proper way to set the block in the example is as follows: ENTRY 10 HNTN 888 ESA_HLCL 2125643210 (Valid E911 number)...- cdjoek

To set-up an i2004/2002 "at home" a DSL/Cable Modem with a stable IP address (most dynamic rarely change if attached to a router) is required. A VPN router (Netgear or Linksys) is required.
