    Remote dial tone

Anyone know if there is some way to setup the ability for someone to use their home phone to dial-in to Call Manager and get a dial-tone from Call Manager to use for making an international call?

    Paging through phones

As a workaround, we were trying to do it using a shared line appearance on the phones and to have it auto answer when we called that number. Does anyone know if there is a way to get it tow work that way?

    Paging through phones

We are trying to setup paging through the phones using Cisco Unified CallManager Administration version 5.1.2.3000-2. Currently we cannot get more than one phone to auto answer at a time. Is it possible to accomplish this? If so, which settings need to be applied Thanks!

Option to review deleted email messages

Yes, that makes sense. However, for this one user in particular they have the option to review their deleted messages. All other users only have the option to delete the messages in the deleted items folder. All users are setup for the same class of service. Not sure how this one user is...

Option to review deleted email messages

We are on Call Manager version 5.1 and Cisco Unity 4.2 Build 4.2(1). We have one user who is experiencing something strange when accessing their messages. When they go into the option to review old messages, they have an additional option to review deleted messages. When they access this...

    Off Hook Indicator

I was able to get the BLF feature working. Here is what I had to do: 1. Bring up the Phone configuration page for the phone needing the BLF button. 2. Go to the Protocol Specific Information section and fill in the field that says "SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space". 3. Then add a BLF button and...

    Off Hook Indicator

I set it up just as you described and it still just works as a speed dial. We are using Cisco 7941/7961 phones. Is a presence server required for this feature?

    Off Hook Indicator

I allowed and configured the BLF button, except I don't see any place to specify a partition for it. The button appears on the phone now, but it only functions as a speed dial. BTW - I am on Call Manager 5.1.

    Off Hook Indicator

That is exactly what I am looking for. Where do I find that setting?

    Off Hook Indicator

Is there any way to configure an indicator on a 7941/7961 or 7971 phone to tell when another user is on the phone? We have been able to set this up but it also shows the incoming calls to the other person and their missed calls are also showing up. We just want an off hook indicator.

Following path of auto attendant calls

We have a definity one, with the Intuity Audix. We want to be able to track the path of an incoming call that goes into the auto attendant and then to a specific extension. For example. Person dials main number. They go through the switch and directly into Audix's auto attendant that says...
