Windows 98 Display Problems...no scroll bar when maximized
There is a lot of black space around my desktop...when I open a program and the window is maximized..i'm not getting the fill page and not getting the scroll bar..when i minimize i get the scroll bar...something is wrong with the settings in windows 98....any ideas? already tried display in...- cdajll
